"The student ministry at CFUMC is a major blessing in my life!  Each week, I'm privileged to be around the best group of teenagers, church staff and adult volunteers in Forsyth County.  It's a beautiful thing to see hearts so open to what the Lord has planned.  He is alive in all we do whether in our beautiful, newly renovated youth house, out in the community doing service projects or taking in a Braves game together! To God be the glory!"

Gregg Cox

Gregg has worked with the student ministry as a small group leader, a Confirmation teacher, and coordinator of our annual Appalachian missions trip. He is an engineer by trade and has served in many different facets of the church. He and his wife Linda have three daughters. Gregg is known as 3g to our students and volunteer staff.

"I began working with youth because my children had reached that age – I figured I was just doing my “duty”. But, over the years I have learned so much about young people, and how God leads them. So many young people among us need the consistent presence of an adult more than Bible facts or a fancy testimony. They just want to be able to count on my presence.  From this vantage point I have been a witness to God working through so many youth over the years – and it has been a pleasure to be a small part of it."
